Premier League Update
Let's kick things off with a general overview of where we stand in the Premier League of Darts. After three night wins in a row, Michael van Gerwen is leading the field with 15 points, followed by Michael Smith and Luke Littler in second and third place (both 7 points). Nathan Aspinall secured his first points last week after reaching the final in Newcastle, while Peter Wright still trails at the bottom of the league with 0 points.

Night 5 Preview
The Premier League is back for Night 5 on Thursday 29th, and this time we're in Exeter (England) at the Westpoint Arena.
Funfact about this weeks destination: Exeter is the birthplace of Harry Potter! J.K. Rowling, the author of the popular Harry Potter series, studied at the University of Exeter's St Luke's Campus and began writing the first book in the series, "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone," while living in the city.
Here are the matchups for Night 5:
Hot-Takes of the Week:
(1) Peter Wright to win his first match!
Our bold prediction for this matchday – Peter Wright will secure his first points. His form has been on the rise, and his strong performance against Luke Littler last week showcased his capabilities. Nathan Aspinall, Snakebite‘s opponent in the second match of tonight, secured his first points last week by reaching the final, but we still believe it’s Wright’s time to clinch a first victory on thursday night.
(2) MvG claiming a 4th Night win in a row?
Michael van Gerwen, or shall we say “Mister Premier League“, is on a roll as he‘s secured three night wins in succession. It seems like there’s no one near Mighty Mike’s current A game, not even one of the two Lukes. That‘s why we can very well imagine that MvG is going to claim a fourth night win in a row, making it a Quadruple for MvG.
